it wount be out until july (worldwide). or rather, the campaing begin in july and if we're lucky the codex will come some time before, like in the middle of may.

It comes out soon. *coughMAYcough*. But some people have had a look at it. Some even own it through contests.

I have seen the Ulthwe part of the Codex.  Just FYI, check the Rumor Mill.  They are mostly right on a lot of things.
