Nope.

Considering we havent had real rules since 2nd ed. I guess GW didnt get that far with our Harlequins.

There've been some good homemade attempts though.

Here are some, most bad, some mediocre.  It is very tough to make a special character that is balanced, especially since most people only make them to UPSET the balance.

i thought my monkey king was damn good, and horrendously high priced
Syumeukune, great harlequin of the Peach Mountain Troupe

ws8 bs6 s3 t3 w3 i9 a4 ld10 sv 4++

wargear- Dragon Pillar staff (3 nouns for 1 name!)

special rules-
Independant Character
Bravado-counts as fearless, extends to the warriors he be with.
Taunt- at the beginning of the enemies assault phase, you may nominate a model able to charge (not fired heavy weapons or other restrictions).
they must test on their ld, if they fail, they charge Syumeukune or the unit he is in.

Dragon Pillar Staff- said to be a pillar of an ancient eldar temple, it appears as a red quarterstave, with gold knots of sort at both ends, made of an unknown material (or forgotten...)

counts as a power weapon

'Extend!' can be used in shooting, strength 5 ap1 rng 8''
also allows SuMouKung to scale walls of 12'' or shorter, completely ignoring them for movement

fighting with it, Syeumoukune may do one of the following in the beginning of his assault phase, the effect changing with the beginning of each of his assault phases

can be used either to swing with the force of both hands (+2 strength)

striking with both ends (+2 attacks)

Defensively, all successful hth hits must be re-rolled once vs Seumukung.

for... 250pts! that sounds good to me.

and he looks like this

did you know I can draw?

I like him, but then again Harlies are so expensive you really cannot afford such a character unless playing like 3000 points or something, which is normally out of the question.
