If there is anything that recent politics has taught us, it is that quotes taken out of context can mean what ever you want them to.

I don't even know what I would do with, or where I would store a Warlord Titan.
It would give you incentive to play some really massive battles.  I mean the thing is, what, 2500pts base?  That's just another 7500pts to play a 10k game!

Just play Epic, you can then field a titan or multiple titans as part of 4,000 or 5,000 point armies.
