Tomb Spyders repairing the instant-kill necrons?

So... Can the Tomb Spyders do it? ??? I mean repairing the instant-kill necrons. The rule for WBB does not really state anything about this. Same thing for me about the rule for Tomb Spyders which leaves me in wonder.

The Tomb Spyders can not repair necrons that have been downed by double tougness weapons and power weapons, only the Rez orb can do that.
The Tomb Spyders allow you forego the with in 6" of a like model.
