HQ transport

I am starting a death skullz list. My HQ will ride in a landraider. I want to include a dok and a mekboy. I'd also, in addition to the 5 nobz, like to include orderlies, squig hounds and whatever the helpers the mek can get.

My question is this:
Do orks in Mega-Armour take 2 spots just as termies?
Do wargear grots take up spots in transport (ordelies, mekaniks, Ammo Runtz etc...)
Do squigs take up spots?

BTW no I don't have the codex, I only have my warboss, some boyz and a landraider. I want to do my HQ first before getting anything else because I want it completely converted, so I'll be buying the codex with whatever I can fit in a landraider. I just want to know what I can fit before heading to the store.

grots and squigs take a spot in a transport.

now go buy the codex . we won't tell you more before you have a codex. sorry.
