dose anyone know where i can get a harlequins codex in the UK as i want to start an harlequins army n i can't get hold of one  thanks

You can download the CJ 39-list (mislabeled as CJ 44) on GWs page (40k - Eldar - Harlequin), and then go hunt for the CJ 44 adn 50.
If you want to post a thread in the trading forum about it go ahead, but you can get the basics for free from GW's page.
