to the scottish mug sayin us from the north arent from the north:

yes we bloody are, we are from the north of england so its damn true wat we are sayin....did we say north of britain? I dont think so...if you live close to the border then i am sorry my friend but u are from the south...of scotland that is...so dont say we arent northeners..

Oh my Scottish friend, you weren't reading my posts right. I don't deny that you're not more 'up north' than me; but that my northness must be hailed more because I get less rain. Of course, this is an elaborate plot to wind you Scots up, which it seems to have done, so thats one more thing to hail 'The true North' about.
(Insert winky smiley face here.)

And I'm not a Southener by Scottish accounts, because that would mean that I lived in the South of Scotland, but I note that you said:
Quote
u are from the south...of scotland that is
which is correct, so I won't touch that. Though it appears the spelling lessons they are teaching you in Scotland must be going downhill.

Ciat,
Seer Fox, Lancashire (the only place to be northern)
Well I'm not going to quote anything, so...I'll have to hunt down my old sig again.

How bothersome.

Anyone play at GW Edinburgh? Or am I going to have to trek through to Weegieland and brave the NEDs to get any decent games?  ;D

Dear God, Preston is my nearest GW too! Rubbish there isn't it? If you ever want a change, come to Blackburn on a Saturday, there's a nice store called the Bat Cave about there which acts as my lair, its about ten miles away from your little province. Ish. Once inside, I am collectively known as 'The Eldar Guy', though some do actually call me by my real name.

Yay the great and story stealing Seer Fox lives near me ;D. And yes the Preston GW is very small and crap. Were abouts is the Bat Cave? Is it in the centre or on the outskirts? What be your real name in case no one knows anyone called the Eldar Guy? You wouldnt happen to be called Steven Fox would you, a person who went to my high school was called that and he played 40K...

Well you can only go so far east without ending up in the north sea, so does that mean you live near tynemouth.

it'll be 15 minutes if you consider the time it takes to get to the metro.
but have you (daz_0) gone into the "battle bunker" before? since you do live about 5 minutes away from the store..i think

wow, lots of people in london, anyone live in manchester?

OH OH OH!!!!! I do i do i do! Im in Salford (just off the east lancs). I used to live in Watford (north of London) but came up here for uni. Finished now so im just loitering till June when i move to Shropshire for a new job.

I havent played in about 5-6 years and i cant afford to invest in a new army, so i'm brushing up on my miliatary tactics before i start. So i can wipe the floor with the kids at my local, with what little eldar i have from the good old days.

Maybe i'll see you round?

No never, the fact is I don't go in that often, at least not to game, though they all pretty much recognise me when I do go in as I end up talking to them for ages about this and that. :)
