To be honest, both armies ain't so good.  You lack numbers.

If this is a fluff list for fun then you should try but at tournaments you won't make a chance.

Your first list has extra Inquisition stuff while your Sistersquads are basic. These should max. the special weapons
in every unit.

Your 2nd list has minimum Anti tank. Switch the Stormbolters for Melta's or the Brazier of Holy Fire for Eviscerators.
Also the Retribution Squad shouldn't have mixed weapons. When you need the H. Bolter, you waste the Multi Melta and if you need the MM then your H. Bolter becomes useless.

Try to get your armies around 55-60 models at least to have some staying power.

I have to agree, I don't like either list:

WH list
*2 special characters at 1500pts seems a bit much, don't you think.
*Priest should have a ccw to have an extra attack

*Your adepta sorita's (celestine discluded) are just too basic. Your main squads are not faithful and small. I don't think you could've sent any less on your troops. Your Seraphim are a joke, no offence. 5 TL bolt pistols is going to do nothing and have as much assault ability as your sister squad, which isn't saying much. What do you expect from a unit like this

*On Engine is too big a target. Maybe it'll get into CC, probably not though.

*Mainly carnival units and your special characters are going to do the damage. Hopefully your repentia and flagellants don't get shot too much

Your SOB list
I'll take a guess that the 279pts includes all that. Your Canoness is just dodgy. She needs a power weapon at the very least. A eviscerator or blessed weapon is preferred. The squad looks like a counter assault squad. Don't you why you have frag and krak grenades for everyone, seems a waste. Your not going to seek out someone in cover or charge into tanks. If your worried about tanks, where our your eviscerators. I'd be worried about enemy shooting as well. Your cheapest model is like 18pts. After that, Vp flow even easier.

Much the same problem as your last squad. This squad has no assault impacting ability at all. The grenades seem wasted

To sum up this list
*Too many points wasted in grenades
*Practically no assault capabilities. You need power weapons
*Too many useless upgrades
*Squads have mixed weapons, reducing their effectiveness

I'd definetly make some majo changes to both lists
