I'd have to go with my mind. I don't know what I'd do if I lost it.
Eldrad was an Eldar Seer
Of him captured rangers gladly cheer:
whose realm, like many, was truly d**ned
Between the Eye and Imperial land.
His sword was long, his staff was keen,
In his ghosthelm the future was often seen;
The lightning storms of heaven vast
Were mirrored in his psychic blasts.
But soon he may fade away,
And what then of Ulthwe none can say;
Then into crystal will his body grow
In the Dome of Seers were old Farseers go.

While I would agree with the "my mind" answer, my mind tells me that's not really what the question asked is referring to.

It's a tough call.  I have managed to acquire some nice things over the years, but there's nothing I couldn't live with out.  I guess the things I would consider "most cherished" are things that can't be replaced.  Gifts and such from friends and family that have more than material value.  Sure I could go buy another Auburn Tigers cap, but it wouldn't be my father's Auburn Tigers cap.

unfortunately, mine cannot be my mind (look below) :D

my most cherished object(s) would be my mini library.  it just keeps on growing...
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

So sad, So very, very sad.
It's strange that I am both disturbed, disgusted, and repelled all at the same time.

OK ya, my mind might top the teddy bear. But aren't we talking about a physical object here?

Physical object: My antique chinese long-sword. Sold to my by a dear friend on the day of her fathers death (anniversary 22 Feb...) Worth a small fortune too.

Objectified object: My girl. Painting a Wyches-army too, so she's cool as well as stunningly good-looking.

Mental object: My memory, which I am losing, bit by bit

Spiritual object: The Whisper of Rain which flals on us all. My Sister taught me that.

Lost Roads - finally released!

Hmmm...which of my pathectically meager belongings have I invested the most psudo-affection in...is it the velvet Elvis...maybe my "I hate the Auburn Tigers" t-shirt............`hard to decide, really.

I guess the things that matter most to me are things I can't put on a shelf, nor in a box.
