A very good amount of variety.  You have alot of exspensive point sinks IMO.

The powerfist simply wont make back it's points, if you want the Junior Officer with something give him a power weapon and save 15 points.  Four special weapons is good and all,  but when you lose one man you lose a special weapon everytime.  Also a standord always helps.

Same here.  They are pretty exspensive and can be shot down in one units fire.  Either go flamers/power weapon or stick with the heavy bolter.  Plasma pistol might get of one shot, definatley not worth the points.

I would definatley invest in some lascannons in one of the platoons (or one in each).  You lack in the anti-tank department.  Three missle launchers as your only ranged aniti-tank wont cut it.

With the points saved and the points you have left try giving them a chimera.  This way the can be mobile for your army and keep a flank from collaspsing or also capture objectives or counterchatge and what not.  They simple will be way more effective with a cimera.  (of course you will have to drop one to fit them in)
