Since you're in the area, you should check out Coyote Games in Redmond. (There's a website with information).  I've been to GW Lynnwood, and personally, it makes me claustriphobic.  (Sp?)
Coyote is much more laid back, and you can usually pick up a game there.

Did you guys know that GW Lynnwood is getting a new store on the other side of the Mall? It's cool because there are so many people wanting to play the Thursday night tourneys. I think they are going to add more fields to play on when they move. It may have already happened, any word?

By the way, Barfly, where are you at, and are you interested in starting a summer weekly 40K meeting? I have a few people interested, but I might be able to organize a place if I can peak enough interest. It would be somewhere in the Lynnwood/Everett area.

Ill add my vote to Coyote Games in Redmond. Great store, they have some nice terrain in the back, Duncan the store owner is a great guy, and the overall gaming atmosphere there is great. Good players there too... Duncan took 2nd overall at the last Grand Tourney, and they have a Golden Damon winning due model in the case there, and... you get the picture  ;). Great place.

I live down in tacoma....play alot with friends and there is one store down here that runs 40K whenever they get enough players and are not on one of their special nights...but I'd love to find people who have personal boards in their house to play at...also know a guy who is looking to open up a tabletop gaming store that will have like 4 or 5 tables...will post information as I get it...

I'm just outside of Redmond & Bellevue as well, near the small hick towns, well, ok, Fall City is it's own little hick town. I go to Coyote every once in awhile, and post on their MSN group looking for 40k games, but I havn't gotten any replies. But yeah, I'm sorta in the Seattle Area.

theres another good place in redmond,Wa, its called WizKids, they are really close to Bella Botagia, and QFC, great place, but anyways, yeah 2 of my friends play too. I am seriously in need of new people to play (were practicing for a tournament) so we need as much experience against different types of armies. Well lets play sometime. Yeah Coyote games (however u spell that,) is having a rouge trader soon! (Januarary i think) so yeah

I locked the other two threads about the Seattle Area in favour of this one, the biggest of the three.

I'm no longer in the Seattle area, but used to play at the old Games and Gizmos in Bellevue.  I knew a Duncan that used to play there and was wondering if that might be the same Duncan that runs Coyote Games?  Also, the owner of Z-Games (Sean Zern) got his start at G&G in Bellevue.  Good folks all.  I do miss gaming out in Seattle, that's where it all started for me back in the mid-nineties.
