a tyrant guard is deployed as a MC together with the tyrant, but the attacks he does, do they count as MC attacks too or not?

ofcourse not, the hive tyrant is the only MC in the unit, guards are regular guys with cool look and pretty good weapons...
MC is only valid for special chars and/or rly big monsters, machines or whatever in that category.

Not sure if it is a typo, or a misunderstanding. But the guard are not deployed "as an MC", they are deployed as part of "an HQ". But that does not make them an MC. Just like being part of a command squad doesn't change a marine from being a marine.
