You could try it, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're doing "home-made" wash idea.
Acrylic floor wax, preferably Future in the US, ~$5 per quart, and mix it 1:4 with water. I would advise you to put it into a small plastic container or sealed cup (as the mix does smell) only to get rid of the tiny bubbles which can ruin your wash instantly. Just leave it like 24 hours undisturbed and then using with chaos black. Before you apply, test it on something to get the consistency of black you want and put it into an empty jar for future use.
BTW, this applies to most colors as well. This wash idea saves me a lot of money on inks. The only difficult part is getting the consistency I want, and that could take up to an hour if you're an anal perfectionist like me.
