I think I missed this somewhere, but how many void shields do you get when you purchase the upgrade? or a page reference if possible.

You'll need to look under the "Fortification Upgrades" section, sub-section "Buildings". Part of those rules state the different sizes of building can take an increasingly large number of upgrades, but that each upgrade may only be taken once. From there you can look up "Void Shield" [Singular] for a given points cost.
