Where can I find the Necron VDR online?

I think that there are rules somewhere that tell you how to build your own NEcron vehicle. I think I have seen them somewhere before but I'm not sure. Please tell me where I can find them.

No, there are no up-to-date rules for the Necron VDR (Vehicle design rules). You need to buy a copy of Chapter Approved 2004 to get to tehm.
