New to GK help?!?!?!

Totaly new to Grey Knights.

Have a Blood Angels army, but want something differnt, love elite forces, SO...

Looking to purchase a good force to start with, thinking:

Librarian w/ Termy Arm
5xTerms
10x Power Arm w/ Rhino
Dread Knight.


Is this a good playable start?

Pretty similar to what I started with. I actually think that the dreadknight is a good start since he is a tough son of a gun and very very powerful if used right.
