Hey, I just started collecting Eldar a couple months ago and am finally looking for a solid all-around list for cleanse/meat grinder.

HQ

Seer Council - 2x Farseers - RoW, SS, WB / 3x Warlocks - SP/CCw, 1 Augment

Elites

5x Wraithguard - Led by Warlock - Conceal

Troops

2x - 8 man Balck guardian squads w/ starcannons

Fast Attack

Vyper - CTM, SC

Heavy Support

2x Dark reapers w/ Exarch FS, EML

1x Wraithlord SC

--Its done OK.  I play against IG, Necrons, Nids, Alatioc, and sometimes Tau.  I have more guardians and an avatar.  I use my own craftworld with ulthwe rules so try to keep the wraith things for fluff.

I would have to suggest more guardians (of course) and maybe drop the vyper and wraithlord and invest in a falcon. You don't have much speed in this army, so a falcon would be a great thing to have for flanking attacks or just plain annoyance with a CTM.

Starts out as a shooting base army, but towards the end the seer council will get in the falcon and clear up any survivors.

I haven't actually used this list yet. The one I usually use has a wraithlord instead of the reapers, and one extra destructor warlock in the seer council. As you can imagine, it is much more offensive than this one is, but I feel like this one would be more fun to play.

when you play ulthwé you can't have to mutch guardians.
change one starcannon to a brightlance then you can kill big stuff with many W.
in that reaper squad I would only thake 3 normal reapers not an exarch. and add one mor warlock to the seer ...... (you can put 6 models in the falcon! )
