This is my first model in ages, I know it says I collect Chaos, but I had Tau peices lying around, so I thought "Meh, what the hell."






I'll be basecoating ASAP.

i dont know if its the light or if the paints still wet but the base coat looks a bit heavy in places ?

Yeah, that's the light.

Silver coating is down, I shall do another one later, I can't be bothered right about now.



And yes, I used a brush. Couldn't find my spray...

Added some gold. I am aware that the gun looks terrible, it shall be changed later.

I understand you basecoat the entire model in one go for the sake of speed, but what are your plans with the clothing? The paint on the gold areas already looks chunky because it's way too thick...

Just use a spray on primer, after that basecoat every area seperately, then start shading/highlighting (or do this one area at a time). And thin your paints!
