The dreadknight has far too much equipment, at 300 points it will not be worth it, I recommend dropping the psycannon and psilencer and going for an incinerator, its accurate and has good reach as well as inflicting a large number of wounds for a more reasonable cost
Brotherhood banners are a no no, they only work in 10 man units, also why no halberds or hammers? They're free for termies :)
On a librarian I personally like quicksilver, when paired with a squad of falchion termies they make banshees into breakfast cereal, also sanctuary is a must, as throwing off a potentially daunting assault is always good
Those are my thoughts anyway

That seems much better, although the termies cannot take 3 heavy weapons

I like the new list. Everything except the banner. Unless you go against eldar or nids a lot it.s not worth it.

If I drop the banner and 1 Psy cannon from the term (keeping 1 psycannon and 1 incinerator) I have enough points to buy a rhino with dozers for the strike squad and 5 left over something.

They're not that useful if you have no blast weapons however, as most infiltrators/scouts you see will probably be outflanking anyway
