Check the rules for this weapon now, it is kind of terrible unless you are facing Necrons. I'd swap them over to Vibro Cannons.

I would drop the starshot missles from the reaper's as you have some solid anti armour any way and it'll give you a bit more volume fire for infantry or bikes. Use the points you saved to swap the Exarch up to an EML.
