Absolutely.  If your army is led by a lord with the mark of undivided you can take any combination of marks in your army.

Yup, each squad counts as an elite choice though, instead of a troops if u had a mark other than undescided on your lord.
If you could take 4 elite choices, you could take one squad from each mark if you so wanted, but we only have 3 elite choices :'(
