There's a lot of missing details still.  Most of the pink and the armor are done.

I would add more pink on your warriors blang, like this it's too similar to the black heart Kabal, the pink + dark green was your signature and it looked great, without the pink your models look less good.

Using bayonet bitz from the new kabalite warrior box set stuck into a ball of greenstuff then a scale hexnut for the eye. Decided for modelling purposes it was easier to go for a 'Phantasm' or 'Green Goblin Weapon' style as opposed to something more organic.

I think I might change the middle of the splinter rifle barrel to a glowing green on the warriors (as it is on the reaver).  What do you guys think?

I've always found it odd that people like using pinks/purples for colours for their Dark Eldar....aren't those Slaanesh's colours?

Purple was the color of royalty. I has a certain arrogance about it.

Black + yellow is scientifically the most eye-catching color to humans. Red + black is second.

Kabalite Warriors



white undercoat, full flaming orange coat, then lighter orange then two yellows followed by black brush, shadow blue highlight, some additional white highlights. weapons are vermin brown and bleached bone (gucci cruise 2011), blades are FOW german 'black', codex grey and white.

takes quite a while to complete each one... so it will be slow aether sailing.

No, we created Slaaanesh, unlike what came first the chicken or the egg, we clearly know who came first in this case.

Shame on you, you should be going to the chaos forum and telling guys who paint their daemons purple those are dark eldar colors!


Anyway, more purple warriors, the first bunch of new warriors with new color sheme. Amazingly the old and new color sheme mix very well together, both are purple based anyway.
