Topic: Veil of time

veil of time's got me a little confused and I was wondering if anybody could help me out a bit here..

first of all, I'm confused on the duration.  You psyke it during the movement phase and it lasts until 'the end of the space marine turn'...could I psyke it during the opponents turn and allow it to carry through my turn? or only during MY movement phase and then ending at the end of MY turn? 

Also...I'm confused on what you can roll....are your re-rolls limited to what they have listed? or are they basically saying 're-roll anything?'

You use it during your movement phase and it last untill the end of your turn.  It has no effect, and cannot have effect during your opponent's turn.

The entry is quite clear on what can be re-rolled, I don't see how it could confuse anyone.
