Move the Autarch into the CaD. Drop the second Farseer completely. Use those points to beef up the artillery (add 2 more D-Cannons). Use the Artillery as a 'bunker' for your Farseer, to increase his survivability.

The rest of the list looks fine. I understand the necessity of a CaD in order to bring in the Hornets. 3 War Walkers with Scatter Lasers are not to be underestimated either, and are VERY reasonably priced.

Cheers for the feedback folks!

I quite like the idea of the Farseer in the battery and having more war walkers too.

The Hornets are top models. They can carry two pulse lasers and can scout/outflank if you bring them on from reserve. Think of them like beedef up Vypers. They carry better guns and have AV11 instead of AV10 F/S. They can also go flat out and still snap fire both guns. Very versatile and strong for relatively cheap in points. Expensive from Forgeworld though but there are alternatives.

I've had a tinker with the list as I felt it lacked flexibility and some horde control firepower:

Craftworld Warhost Detachment [Primary Detachment]:
Guardian Battlehost:
Farseer - 100
10 Guardians - (free weapon [Eldar Missilie Launcher]) - 90
10 Guardians - (free weapon [Eldar Missilie Launcher]) - 90
10 Guardians - (free weapon [Eldar Missilie Launcher]) - 90
3 War Walker - 6 Eldar Missilie Launchers - 270
3 Vyper - 3 Shuriken Cannons, 3 Scatter Lasers - 180
3 D-Cannon - 165

Heroes of the Craftworld:
Autarch: Fusion - 80

Engines of Vaul:

Aspect Host:
5 Fire Dragons - Exarch - 120

Total 1830pts.

Interesting choice on the EMLs. Good weapon choice for a tournament setting. I quite like it. I haven't used the d-cannons yet  in the new codex and I'd imagine they are wonderful for stopping imperial knights. Just be wary of any D- strength nerfs your tournament is enforcing. If they nerf the 6 roll then go for shadow weavers and a unit of rangers

I would like to see a heavy flamer on the Dragon Exarchs to further your flexibility in AI purposes. Not sure where you would pull the 15 points from though.

If you were looking to free up some points you could give one of the walkers a bright lance and scatter laser. That would save you like 20pts

Really digging this list.

i agree about giving the exarchs the flamers because for the sake of 1 less shot, you gain alot of utility.

i feel the war walkers are expensive but if you deploy them in good cover, should be no worries.

one thing i would defo change is the vypers and falcons. The vypers i would say go dual shuriken cannon, and in the falcons, star cannons.

ive used vypers alot and i find 6 shots with bladestorm can be really effective per model. With the falcon, i think being able to drop down with 6 star cannon shots with twin linked... That will seriously mess up command squads of even things like flyrants.

let me knw what u think of these suggestions cheers!

oh sorry, one other thing. Give those d-cannons a warlock asap. Concealing them will keep them alive vs those high str, low ap weapons. Getting those cannons into cover where you want them, and casting conceal will make your opponents life hell!

I didnt realize before that you took the hornets out of your second list

Why don't you try something like this:

Eldrad

6 fire dragons w/fusion guns + Exarch w/ dragon's breath
wave serpent: TL Shuriken Cannon, Shuriken Cannon

6 fire dragons w/fusion guns + Exarch w/ dragon's breath
wave serpent: TL Shuriken Cannon, Shuriken Cannon

5 Windriders: 5x Scatter Laser
5 Windriders: 5x Scatter Laser
5 Windriders: 5x Scatter Laser
5 Windriders: 5x Scatter Laser
5 Windriders: 5x Scatter Laser
3 Windriders: 3x TL Shuriken Catapult

Hornet Squadron: 2 Hornets, 4x Pulse lasers

Vaul's Wrath Support Battery: D-Cannons, Warlock leader

Start the game by scouting eldrad and the d-cannons up the board. In your first turn unleash 100 s6 shots, 3 D blasts 8 Pulse laser shots and move the wave serpents up the board then just do what you gotta do
