Best place I know of is over at Portent (www.portent.net).  Link is also on EO's community page.  Check the Rumours - Images section and you might check out the 40K rumours area for some general info, too.

Just a question...in all the other games I've played, Gauss weapons are railguns, but not for Necrons. Why?
Calculus is an art, but algebra is attrition.

I'd guess the gauss v railgun weapons is just a matter of fluff.  Helps differentiate the army through different names.  Just like calling a Succubus that instead of an Exarch.

And the link didn't work for me either  ???

Errr that link isnt up. ???
The assembled warhost of Biel-Tan is know as the “Bahzhakhain”, which is best translated into “The Swordwind”.  The Swordwind relies on a single attack, which uses surprise and the immense fighting skills and fire power of its Aspect Warriors to Annihilate the enemy in one swift blow.

necrons are bad anyway screw it... they "mysteriously dissapear" off the battlefield if they lose 75% casualties... that means YOU LOSE!

well generally with an army, having 75% of yer dudes die off means your losing. it offsets their ill be back rules
and cant say they suck when their new rules arent even out

Stop with the "Sucks" whining.  It is a poor General that whines about the quality of his troops.

In the hands of a good General, ANY army can be a winning army.  Each army has their strengths and weaknesses that can be maximized or exploited.  Make an army, make a list, play the game, and have fun.  It's a game after all; not life or death.

Say something constructive, and leave the "Sucks" battlecry in the closet.  Saying that something "Sucks" gets you nowhere.

I'm really concerned with balance here... there are far too many Invulnerable saves. I read somewhere that Wraiths have a 3+ invulnerable. I'm not worried about them being overpowered... I'm worrying that normal lists won't be effective....
