Surprise Ambush Mechdar Competition Entry

I wanted this list to incorporate all the devious tactics that Eldar had available to them and use armour in ways that it is not traditionally used. Karandras and his scorpion's outflank, where they are needed most, automatically second turn, really putting the opponent in an awkward position. The walkers all outflank taking out any obstacles by targeting rear armour with their high strength shots. The vipers are highly mobile, with moderately high strength shots. The avengers are the only units that are in danger of being heavily isolated in the beginning, but with proper positioning, serpent shields, jink, and the threat of Karandras showing up behind enemy lines, should keep them alive long enough to get into a good position to unload there troops. The hemlock fighter can take advantage of the psychic phase as well as dish out some mean firepower. Would try for telepathy powers on the psychic roll. Overall the list would have high mobility, a lot of high strength firepower, good close combat staying power, and some good crowd control with the avengers shuriken catpults.
