assembling my first army
« on: July 4, 2007, 07:32:56 PM »
I'm building my first army (eldar) and I have a question.  The kit comes with some extra weapons for the infantry.  My question is this: Does using these different pieces give the guy different stats?
Record: (since I've started keeping track)
Eldar: Finally beat the nids!
Total wins: 25
Ties: 7
Losses: 11

it should all be in your codex.

what does it say they are armed w/ in teh codex? find those on the sprues

there may be diff weapons that you may purchase as well, and these will cost additional pts

Thanks, but I don't have the codex yet.  Is there an online version?

I'm planning on buying it, probably next week.  My first game should be on Wednesday.

well, once you get the dex, post up a list so that we can give you some pointers. Oh, and welcome to the fourum. :)

Maybe the regiment consists entirely of Ninjas who were orphaned by Dark Eldar slavers. With a score to settle, these black clad night assassins fight against their hated parent-murderers with laser shurikens and untold ferocity.

I sure will.  Another question then.  If I give one of the infantry a weapon, he always has that weapon and it can't be changed, right?

I'm just about to assemble my war walker.  How do I know what weapons to attach?  I have a copy of the codex now, but I still don't know what to attach.

1. Get the codex and read it. We cannot give out copyright-protected information.
2. You can of course build the weapon so that yo ucan change it, with magnets, pins or such. There are several good points to this, and very few bad ones, exept the effort involved.
3. Please do not make serial posts.
Use the "Modify"-button ( or ) to add to your posts rather than to post another in sequence. Thank you.
Have a nice day.

Lost Roads - finally released!
