Come on put your shoulders under it. I know you guys can finish the last bits if you really want to.

I'm not ruling it out, or at least to having it in a fieldable state, it's gonna be a long night :-s

Come on paint, dry faster!

Well, I finished most of my hellhound and my squad. *Sigh* There"s always next month.

Mr.Shark
Maybe the regiment consists entirely of Ninjas who were orphaned by Dark Eldar slavers. With a score to settle, these black clad night assassins fight against their hated parent-murderers with laser shurikens and untold ferocity.

W00t, I completed my vow this month!  First time ever!  I managed to finish off the last model last night before I went out.  I'll put up pictures later.  I'm quite pleased with these guys, I put in a lot of effort and I think they look good.

Edit: Well, I managed to organise myself to take some photos.

Enjoy!  I took them with sunlight, in my room, so they're a little darker than my last pictures, but I think they still show the models enough.

Sterling work on that Russ, Gravis. The colour scheme is very similar to how I used to paint my Guard tanks. I've changed it since because I felt the scheme looked too grey. Some nice big company markings on your tank should solve that problem.

As for my own vow, I've failed. :-[ The usual strategy of a last-minute bumrush to finish didn't work as Hannibal was on TV last night. Anyway, pictures of how far I got!

Note that the first and fourth pictures are links to bigger versions. As you'll see I still need to do metallics, the helmet plumes, the base edges and static grass. Shots three and four reveal how the armour will look, as that stage is halfway done on the leftmost pistolier. They'll all have that black Reiter-like armour. The bright red was achieved with a chaos black basecoat followed by one layering of scab red, then one layering of blood red.

Rojo, congrats on the scorpions. That's a lot of work for one month. I built the same squad (two boxes) and had to spread the painting across three different monthly vows.

3 Tyranid Warriors
1 Carnifex
8 Spinegaunts
8 Hormagaunts
8 Genestealers

Unfortunately due to be cheap and studenty I don't have a camera to take any pictures but yay go me.  I'll see if I can borrow a camera off someone
