i was wondering about modifing a whole brood? basicaly can you do it.  ??? cause the rules say that you can only mod. half or less but it also says that you can mod. a whole! i am getting really confused> >:(

Umm... say again?

If you mean biomorphs, you HAVE TO modify the whole brood. If you mean mutations, then there's other rules for that...

all in a brood have to have same biomorphs...this allows you to make shooty broods or cc broods and trim points...

It does get sort of confusing in the back of Codex: Tyranids.  I need to use Army Builder to make any sense out of it.  Everyone in the brood has to have the same Biomorph (I am assuming this is because they all come from the same "seed")
