Speaking with the full authority of not having asked anyone else I'd suggest post Aeldari here while DE and the other fraction only armies (not Eldar, obviously) go into their fraction specific boards.

Easy fix. No harm, no foul. Change is good for us all (no Tzeentchs harmed during this broadcast).

I think that this would be the most logical way of handling things.  In essence, it's a bit like how we handled things when the allies system was brought in.  If the majority of the army is Eldar or Aeldari, it belongs here.  If it's a majority Dark Eldar force, it belongs in Dark Eldar board, and if it's a majority Harlequin, Exodite, or Corsair army it belongs in that board.
