Motion to dismiss from GW based on *everything*. No-one could have predicted this. No-one.

They might just get it. The man just doesn't have standing.

I would not be at all surprised if Moore's case is completely dismissed.  It is being unpicked more and more and it was skating on thin ice to start with.

I might not have much training in law, actually just one course. But it never had a chance. He gave himself the power to both be an official prosecutor, operating in both UK and US, and wants recompence due to bad moral in dealings with him (recompence due to a moral judgement??  ::) ). Nothing is picked apart, as I can see, the 'case' is just hogwash. He'd need wider powers than Judge Dredd to get anywhere.

MOTION for Summary Judgment by David Moore.

Sounds like he's trying to cut and run with at least something. Either that or the motion to dismiss was likely to succeed and he's now going for a Hail Mary.

Don't get me wrong, it was a very weak case at best to start with.  I'm just saying that even the elements of it which could have been pursued, albeit with almost no change of success, now seem to be being picked apart.

Forgeworld is off the hook due to irregularities with serving the summons. We'll see what happens with the motion to dismiss this week.

Edit: In a surprise to no-one with a pulse, GW issued a "nuh uh" response to the motion for summary judgement. Let the time wasting and disgrace to law continue.

And a Judge has ruled that the case be dismissed.

Can't wait for Law and Order to rip this one from the headlines. Ratings magic.

I'm not so sure that Mr Moore would agree :D.

It has been an insight into how not to construct a legal case.  I would imagine that it is one of the easiest cases that GW legal has ever had to take care of.

I wouldn't be shocked to hear that they let an intern or work experience kid take this case on. It was laughable from the outset.
