Has anyone converted a Venom?? Any pics??

Venoms from my 2kCJ harlequin army.

Made from Vipers and one spruce I ordered online from the Dark Eldar Raider (skiffs).

Here are my two.

The first has a psychodelic colour-pattern on its "stage" and a taiqi for the center spot, whereas the other has a spiderweb for a stage and spider on the center spot.

Looking at them I am amazed I even managed to build the things. I have learend so much since then. :)

Can anything actually stand on those?

I like the use of the raider sides as they still look sleek, and it shows how the halrlies use both Dark Eldar and Eldar technology.

well you can just bout latch one chap on the back... good for unit recognition. though in terms of how they actually work, i tend to imagine that the passengers would be holding onto the vehicle suppoted on the flat panels or between the blades... of course, all manner of eldarish high tech alternatives couldalso be employed... such as gravity fields (linked into the harlies own flip belts)...

Ultimately though, i wanted to create something that merged eldar and dark eldar to give the look and feel of both elements. It also had to be very sleek and streamlined (which is why i opted against using the DE gantries)...

I thought so. Mine can actually be used as a unit stand, and unless I move it 7 models can be perched on it and not fall off. :)
