loading speed is better - since HTML is not allowed in signatures, people cant have mutiple giant banners.

plus i think the best part is that it is so simple here and NO ADS!!! YAYY!!

Staatz: Load time? If you aren't using Netscape, you have no idea. If you are, then I agree fully. Still has soem bugs to work out in that effect (I complained when this forum was originally opened on EldarOnline). I avoid larger posts because it can take upwards of 5+ minutes to load the FIRST page (And similar for each other full page, less for pages with less posts). I never viewed the "Petition for the Avatar" post in the main 'Eldar' section because when I saw it, it had 3 or 4 pages, and I cringed. I'm at the University Library now, and with IE, so that's when I generally do my forum going, but by the time I had the chance, the Avatar post was at 5-6 pages, and i didn't want to read through THAT many posts... So my Netscape use prevents me from doing much on this forum.... (Tell me to go IE, and I'll drop a Nuclear Fusion missile on you, and I have some, just ask for a pic ^_^)

Well right now, for me.  Everything IS GOING SLOW!!  I use IE mostly, but when I tried today it was slow.  So I tried Netscape, slow too!  So I try Opera, it goes faster!  I use that for about a hour, than it STARTS SLOWING DOWN AGAIN!  So I back on IE....pressing refresh and stop every 2 minutes for the damn links to go ;)  Haha

I got a cable connection so it goes at an ok speed but its still to damn slow... I'd go faster if you didn't have 5 windows open

:o :o :o :o OOHH!!  Well than, so are you saying it would go faster if I didn't have ICQ, AIM, and MSN ON?!?!?!?!   ;D  Hmmm!

I got cable too, it's just that EO is REALLY busy.  And it's spring break...so no one's got anything to do except hang around the forums hoping someone will post something :D  *cough me cough*
