Hellion/Jetbike modeling Q
« on: August 25, 2003, 07:58:24 PM »
Hey all,

I'm jumping on the skyboard bandwago, I think they look pretty great.  I don't think the Hellion models look terribly harlequin-esque, so I was wondering...what do you use for the riders?  Regular DE models look a little too static.  I was thinking guardian defenders, since I can justify their armor with an actual armor save and they have a wider stance.  Are they about the right size?

I just used a few of the regular Harly troopers.  You hafta pick the right ones, but if you do, you can get some real sweet results.  Particularly if you use the ones that are leaning to one side, then when you put them on the board you can angle it on the stand so it looks like they are swooping around.  Very dynamic.  PM me yer email and I"ll send a few pics so you can see what I'm talking about.
