Look neat but why put so much into the slaver gun. Sure he will be at the forefront but is he really going to do anything? You said your list does well so I think your boss must be mounted for dome reason... I can't think of it. Could you explain your general strategy please?

Get into close combat as fast as a I can :D. Honestly, I have barely any strategy with this army. I kind of just wing it out one step at a time. I don't really believe an Ork army NEEDS a particular strategy. And I have done some damage with my slaver gun. It actually helps out a lot to have some power with it. Hope this helps!

I'm curious to know how the griffon and buggy perform
For cheap IG, Space Wolves, Dark Eldar and a WHFB Rulebook, check out the Trading Post.  I'm interested in buying/trading for: Eldar, 'Nids and Blood Angels.

I use a griffon in every army I do.  It is a lot cheaper than the basilisk, and strong enough to kill stuff, not good for vehicles, but that is what tankbustas are for.  The range is low, but if you can hide it behind terrain in the middle of your side of the table, you can reach a lot.  A lot of my games are won because of the griffon.
This is my rifle, this is my gun, this is for fighting, this is for fun!

Never leave home without my griffon. As Honkey Bro said, if you can get it into terrain, it's awesome. I've gotten lots and lots of IG under that template and bam they're gone. I'd suggest a griffon to EVERYONE. The buggy does it's work. It's much better when I have the unit of 3 but with just the one it's good.

Nice, except your wartrukks HAVE to have a weapon- its not optional. I always give my nobs PKs, otherwise he's just a jumped up boy and your mob gets torn apart by vehicles/ctanifexs/etc. Also, I feel that one of the orks great advantages is having 3 special weapons in their mobs- it seems a shame to waste it.

Oops sorry. I forgot to add the trukk has a big shoota. Thanks for reminding me. I'm not a big fan of special weapons in squads though. Rather have more boyz. I'll probably be buying another burna boyz blister soon just to have an extra burna in a squad but that's about it for my special weapons. Thanks!

Hmmm...I will have to try one of these griffions you speak of, but they are absent in the new IG codex, where are the stats?

http://uk.games-workshop.com/imperialguard/ac-vehicles/assets/ac-vehicles.pdf  tada! And it's even a legal document from GW. Very useful here. yea they took it out of IG codex but Armourded Company can still use them.
