okay I have not got the Cap approved codex yet, so am not familiar. but why not take a falcon with the prism cannon too? that way u get Pulse laser with a Prism cannon, and the innate ability to blow things up!
60" away-use prism cannon for a turn or 2. then dash away and open up with the pulse laser on what ails you. sure it's a purebred tank killer, but what u think?
