wel, it seems that you have given your suits 5 hard points while they can only have 3

the etheral isn't efective in a 1000pt battle for what he costs, you could better take a commander

and try to do something about your weapons configuration: put the same weapons in one squad, you'll limit their effectiveness when they have diffirent weapons

ummmm i count 4. 2 for the TL weapons, 1 for a drone controller (its not listed but you cant take drones without it) and another for flamer. the multi tracker could be hardwired, in which case, it doesnt count towards the hardpoint limit. in any case, he is one hard point over, unless i am mistaken and drone controllers can be hard wired.

i like the list alot. i agree that the ethereal is too weak in 1000pts. the game is too small for anything to be of mediocre ability. you need to choose your units to be the most effective and at 1000pts, crisis suits are your answer. mind you suits are a bit pricy ($$) compared to ehtereals. Take out the hammerhead and use 2 broadsides if you have the points. and if you still have points after that, beef up your fire warriors. i generally try and take as many fire warriors as possible.

and how can 2 shas'vre suits cost 260pt? even if they're shas'os they dont cost that much. unless you give them HW stuff

i suggest you team up those kroot and give them the shaper upgreade. not for the save, but for the Ld.

i disagree ethereals are invaluable at 1000 points have one and bonded means your units will hardly ever leave the table till t hey are wiped out to the man. I have had chaos raptors spend three turns wiping out a 9 man FW squad cause i kept passing morale checks imagine my opponants horror when afterfinishing the one unit  (100point) his 220 point raptor squad gets annilated by two more squads of rapid firing FW. 
My 1000 point list has only one crisis suit and thats a shas'o remember crisis are pricey and often dont make their points back. If your gonna take a ethereal take bonded squads.

two many hardpoints here the gundrones need a controller so thats 1 the flamer makes 2 the burst cannons make 4 and the multitracker makes 5 as its a shas'ui and not vre it isnt entitle to any h/w options so you need to lose two of those hardpoints.

againt he drones and controller are 1 flamer 2 plasma is 4 multitracker 5 as its a shas'vre its entitle to one H/W option but you still need to drop one.

personally i find the save pointless much better to stick them in terrain and use a cover save but htats a personal preference

its better to hva e crisis squads configure with similar weapons otherwise often only two or even one model will be in range which is a big waste of points.
