Even though a unit can only use the Wave Serpent to which it is assigned, they can be deployed in three (3) ways, I think:

1) Unit is inside the Serpent.
2) Deploy the unit close to its Wave Serpent
3) Put the Wave Serpent wherever you want in your zone, not necessarily beside the unit. You still deploy both unit and the tank at the same time.

Option 3 is cool if you want to split your opponent's fire between the "container" and it "contents".

Samurai-san,

Are you certain of that (about the wrairguard)?

It is my understanding that a wraithguard unit may NEVER fit into a falcon, they can only use a Wave Serpent (and only if the squad is less than or equal to 5 + a warlock/spiritseer)

I just re-read the falcon rules and don't see anything about Wraithguard squeezing in there.

Ok if a squad of 5 wraithguard lose two of thier number can they climb into a falcon?

if 2 were killed and only 3 left, then yes they could climb aboard a falcon
No, according to Codex Eldar, page 14, a Falcon can never carry Wraithguards.
