I know it doesn't really have enough troops, but I think the fast wall of AV13-14 is going to make a mess of things. Plan is to deploy them in a horseshoe shape to protect the jump marines. The Vindi will drive around the flank and harrass, while the Baal's and LRC drive up the middle, should be able to put a decent amount of hurt on whatever they shoot. Jump marines pop in front of formation, Seth pops out too, both assault, shouldn't be much left.

Relying on a Vindicator for anti-tank will be tough.  I don't see any other way except the multi-melta on your land raider.  I'd recommend either a dev squad w/ missile launchers / lascannons or an autocannon w/ las sponsons predator.

 Librarians are also pretty cost effective, blood lance and fear of darkness - makes a great harassment unit.  Slap a jump pack on him and he can either blow up tanks or run non-fearless units off the board.
