These new ones just look like a repackaging of the old, excluding perhaps the stippling brush which I'll buy to check out (looks like sponge?).  But the more people wax lyrical about the so-say terrible quality of GW brushes makes me wonder if you guys have actually used a genuinely bad brush.

Yeah, I used "Chernaya Rechka" (Russian made brushes for about the price of one US Dollar or 0.74 Euro, converted from Ukrainian Hryvnas). They were horrible beyond any belief, but I just couldn't afford anything else at the time. So I know what really bad brushes are, no problem. And in my opinion - GW brushes are bad for one simple reason - for the same price you can find brushes that are way, way better.

Ehh...I might stick with my Reaper brushes. I will buy one and try it out. I did have a few GW brushes and they lasted two years.

The scouts on the Storm are just sweet. I thought they were going to be the scouts out right now glued on the model. But man, the Sgt with his chainsword in hand. I have so many ideas now!

Is it just me, or when does GW comes out with a new model, they are better and better?

Has anyone noticed that the Imperial Bastion was used the 5th ed rule book?

On paper, they aren't a bad price at all for sable brushes.

After having a chance to sit down and look at these brushes, I noticed something. There is no huge $20 tank brush, yet they do have two new brushes. I don't know what to say about the wash brush. I have been using my regular brushes for washing. That stippling brush will help me a lot with tank camo for sure. The overall brush set for $55 doesn't sound that bad.

in august we will see the release of the crusader bitz pack.
consists:
-vehicle sprue
-sponson sprue
-weapon sprue

you can make the normal landraider in the crusader variant(don,t know how they would do that?? you can hardly change the lascannons for flamestorms/hurricane bolters).maybe for the magnet-addicts
and if you wanted them then you could buy the complete crusader

and you could use the assault cannons for the razorback option that is mentioned in the codex.

Cool pics but why is it that marines are always depicted in a few forms one of which being the "We've failed, rally to the banner on the pile of our dead and prepare to be surrounded?"
