Tie up the wraith lord with a big cheep unit, banshees cant wound high toughness troops so hit them hard, rangers shouldn't cause that much of a problem.

Advice: Does he take anything else?

Because if there are guardians, use hormagaunts or your geno eqivalent.

Rangers are fairly bad against nids due to no pinning checks unless something is going really bad. If they are infiltrated just hit them with a swarm.

Wraithlords require venom cannons  carried by tyrants and then in CC carnifexes and tyrants.

Banshees......hard to say, charge with a HUGE squad of something to hold them up and when the carnifex is done munching the wraithlord kill the banshees.

I think thats it.

I am an eldar player, and im not quite sure why im telling you this, but the secret to defeating the army list you have shown us is............(zzzzzz)...... ow, sorry, gettin tired. Anyway, ignore the wraithlord until he is within 24 inches of your army. If you go off chasing him with even one squad, that is where he is going to hit you.

Shoot, shoot, shoot the banshees and vyper with whatever you can.

Assualt the rest with large numbers concentrated onto one squad at a time. Make him redirect his battle plan to fit yours.
