Title: Biel Tan Tank Scheme
Post by: Puffin Magician on February 1, 2002, 11:03:30 PM
Has anyone painted a reverse Biel Tan scheme on their falcon/vyper/WS/whatever?

By 'reverse scheme' i mean this: Mainly white hull, with some DA Green here and there. Black vines too.

I'm wondering if i should paint my vehicles like this, but i want to know if it looks good, or is done just as easily as the standard scheme.

neat idea, but i think a black bottom, white hull, and green vines sounds cooler (black & green weapons) black hull details

On another note: has anyone painted their Serpent's the colour of the aspect they carry? (WS that transports a Banshee squad being bleached bone w/ red & black)

My banshees are blue and grey, so I'd have to paint the WS blue and grey.

But no, I' rather keep 'em in my "vehicle-color scheme" so I can use them for all my squads.

I plan to paint mine WS in the craftworld colours. You can use it for all units. But also because the pilot and gunner are guardians. And the vehicle as such probably operates under and is maintained by the Craftworlds fleet rather then under the Aspects shrine.

my first vyper was painted white with DA green vines.

it was fairly ugly.

it is now a brilliant orange/brown see...
