It all depends.  Do you want to play an all grey knight army or not? What armies do you normally face in your area?  What point values do you normally play at?  There are lots of variables.  The best is to post a list of what you want to field and look for suggestion in that manner.

Get some Greyknight termies or a purgation squad to plunk in that land raider instead of the 'normal' rank and file Grey knights.
