[Imperial Might]

Hey this is my current army list for rouge trader tournament coming up. Im use to playing a specific group of people so any advice is greatly welcome because iv never played a tournament like rouge trader yet.

so here it is:

Avatar+ court 3 banshees with executioner and acrobatic

Farseer jetbike, mind war, fortune (for gurdians) mind war spirit stones runes of witnessing and singing spear (ya its a lot i know)

20 man gurdians with warlock with conceal and singing spear (one squad so they can reroll 5+ cover save

2 vypers with starcannon

2 x 6 man Banshee squad with exarch with acrobatic and exucutioner

5 man fire dragons with exarch with burning fist and fire pike

4 man dark reepers with exarch with fast shot and missle launcher

wraithlord with starcannon

2x Falcon with brightlance and holo field

the gurdians make a meat shield that gets a rerollable 5+ cover save thats statistically 5/9 times makes it (better than a iron halo)

The banshees go in the falcons

 any advice would be apreciated thanks

I think that the list is pretty solid, but I would give the Dragon exarch tank hunter instead of burning fist.  If you could find the spare parts I would exchange the defenders for storm gaurdians, as this is a close combat based army. If you could find ten points somewere I would give the Falcons spirit stones.  I don't have my codex, but I believe exchanging burning fist for tank hunter should free up those points.

give the warlock in the guardian squad a witchblade and shrukien pistol. much better then a singing spear.

Also, i would recommend ditching the fire dragons. since they arent mounted in anything, they wont get anywhere fast, and if your fighting enemies in lots of transports, not much will happen with them that far back.

give the falcons spirit stones as well, they help a ton.

Personally i would lose the CoTYK But thats just because i dont like them

  I agree that you should give the warlock a blade and pistol, but I would keep the fire dragons, as they can still fleet of foot.
