decked out archon on bike
2 squads of 10 warriors with lances
2 raider squads with scannons and blasters
5 scourges with scannons
and a reaver squad
i dont play DE my self though, maybe wyches in a raider?

I would have to agree with the above for the most part.  At least for HQ.  A decked out lord on a bike isn't as many points as your retinue would have been, and would be able to get to the action faster.  Attach him to that reaver squad so he doesn't get shot up on his way in, or since he has the shield, risk him alone, and running the rest of the reavers down the other flank.  With the small point costs, I would get as many warrior squads as possible, DL squads as snipers, and maybe SC squads on raiders.  It all depends on your play style, I am currently working out some of my army ideas, and 1000 points will be on my list, so I will let you know what I come up with after a little more work.

3 Raidersquads with a sybarite with poisonblades and a haemonculus with scissorhands each and put the archon in one of them. Then 3X10 warriors with 6 lances and 6 blasters. This works very well for me, win almost every time.
