venom conversion where to start?

how would i convert a venom i have a viper but what do i add to it??????

I am building another version of the Venom, using a metal pin, a large flying base halfway up (flat side up) to stand troupes on, and a small flying base (flat side up) on top for teh Independent character to stand on. It will be done in a week or so, and I cet get some pics online. It will look original, and very stable.
