in citadel journal on on gw's website. They are not chapter approved or official as of yet.

Friend of mine has seen the harlie codex on the staff GW website and informs me that the harlequins are much the same, but apparently (according to him) have even bigger beards

He has seen the apparently finished codex and it is much the same as already he says, but when I asked him about new units he seemed to be hiding something when he said that mimes and wraithlords are included.

I doubt the harlie codex is being released soon. Probably after the re-release of eldar codex.
