Hello, I can't find the upgrades for verhicles, what they do and what they cost...on which page can these be found? thx in advance.

The rules for the vehicle upgrades are on page 113 of the codex, and the prices for the vehicle upgrades are on page 127 of the codex in the "other wargear" box.
