Could you put the cost of each unit up and give us some tactics please.  We don't all play the same way ;)
Also can you clarify if the 3 Attack Bikes are seperate units or one big one?

Based on all the advice Ive received Ive narrowed it down to a couple of options. I have above 150 points left.

The bikes and attack bike are one squad and ive given them meltaguns.

Ive changed the tacticals to one multi melta and a melta.

I want to keep the terminators with bolters for bolter drill and had thought to deep strike them.

So the options im considering are

1. Aegis defense line with the devastators and adding another marine.

2. A Librarian in terminator Armour

3. Another predator or vindicator

Have flak misiles been introduced yet for anti flyer?

I'd go for the Aegis line, which then gives you leftover points to spend on bulking out either your bike squad or your Devastators. The Librarian would need to go with the Terminators to be of any real use, and then you'd have an eggs-in-one-basket unit.

A tri-las Predator would also be acceptable, as you're a little lacking in long-ranged anti-armour firepower, but it's better to have flyer-insurance, and the quad-gun can always track ground targets. If you stick your Scouts behind the Aegis line, it'll free your Devastators up to target other things while the Scout Sergeant mans the gun.

At the moment, only Dark Angels and Chaos Space Marines have access to flakk missiles.

Given the options listed the Aegis is your best bet.

You're really lacking anti-tank firepower.  I'd say drop the predator and use the points to throw in a land raider.
The terminators are already a very effective unit (though I prefer assault terminators). I would put lysander in the drop pod unit.

I'm also confused by your bikes.  Do you have an attack bike and three marines on a bike or three attack bikes?

You will find that sniper scouts aren't an effective unit.  If you really want them throw tellion in there.  I would drop them and use the points elsewhere.

Ive also considered taking out the scouts so potentially i have 250 points now.

Any further suggestions?

Scouts are not a very effective unit.  With 250 points I would start filling in your heavy support.

Ideas for thought:
1. Two vindicators with dozer blades. Use any remaining points to add marines to your devestator squad.
2. An auto/las predator and a thunderfire cannon.
3. Drop the scouts and add dreadnoughts with MM's in drop pods.

If you really want scouts I would use them in a CCW/Bolt pistol configuration on a stormtalon.  Have them outflank with a stormtalon escort.
