looking more players Northern Virginia
« on: August 3, 2008, 09:05:53 PM »
We have a gaming group and was wondering if anyone live around the Winchester Virginia area would be interested in playing 40k we have campaigns every week  and tournaments once a month.

Or if you just want a game let me know I'd love to play a game..

i bought some stuff there but i wasn't sure  about what they said about playing there is there a price per month or somehting like that it would be nice to know since winchester is closer than where i currently go to game but its free to play there and i don't have to supply terrain.

there is no monthly fee to play.
please come by if you like come on this Thursday after 5  and ask for Steve if you want to talk and I'll bring some armies if you want to have a fight.

Plus there is terrain there so no need to bring your own and who did you talk to.

Plus if you just want to play then someone will be glad to give you a game.

Where are you coming from if you don't want to tell on the forum then just PM me and we can talk more on this

Hope to hear from you

Linden the place i go to is about 20 miles and Mind Games is about 18 so a little bit closer and when i was there it was a little bit before or after the release of the new rulebook so i don't remember who i talked to i have around 1500 points also do you play strictly 5th edition or a conglomeration of 4th&5th

thats cool the first game i played using strictly 5th i mopped the floor with some marines they got distracted trying to kill a squad of gene-sneakers i probably wasn't going to move and my entire army ended up between both of his tac squads and comenced to assualt him to death then he charged my squad of stealers with scytals with a dreadnought which they rended 7 times about one for every stealer in the brood it was epic especially after they had just rended the crap out 5 terminators overall though it was luck he was having a hard time with his armour save rolls 5 1's for his terminators
